The APR500 E is the new entry level for ruggedized portable EID readers. As a replacement for the famous APR350 it combines a powerful ISO 11785 RFID reader with an alphanumeric keypad for easy data collection, USB and RS232 interface in a very robust and ergonomic IP64 housing.
In addition to the former APR350 it offers many outstanding features like
The SCALE Mode for the collection of weighing data from major brands of scales
The SPEED Mode for continuous reading and data collection
The RACE mode for fast race reading in combination with the ASR static readers
(via RS232)
The TASK Mode for the easy creation of complex tasks for data collection
